Start this recipe by preparing the chicken. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and lightly brush on both sides with oil. Sprinkle over the chopped garlic and rosemary. Heat the olive oil in a griddle pan and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the pan and put aside. Meanwhile, place the dressing ingredients into a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix together well. When you are ready to put the salad together, place the mixed salad leaves and sliced onion in a large bowl and toss with the honey dressing. Place the dressed salad leaves onto 2 large serving plates. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and arrange on top of the salad, followed by the strawberry halves and crumbled feta cheese. Finish off with the toasted flaked almonds on top and serve.
