Pre heat pan and start by shallow frying the onions and garlic till soft. Pour in the white wine and reduce by half before adding in the fish stock. Reduce by half again. In a separate pan cook the peeled shrimps in some olive oil until cooked. Squeeze over the lemon juice, add in the mussels and cook until opened up. , Mix all the ingredients in one pan and serve with the cooked pasta whilst still hot.
