Method
Cook the onion and carrot together with the bacon in hot olive oil in a sauce pan. Next stir in the meats and further cook until meats are cooked, add tomato sauce and curry and further cook for a couple of minutes. Pour the tomato pulp, add the chicken granules and a cup of hot water, simmer until sauce thickens. Â Meanwhile cook the rice in boiling salted water. Drain and mix with the meat sauce, eggs, peas, zucchini, ricotta, parsley and cheese. Pour the mixture into a baking tray, sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake until firm and with a golden crispy crust.
