Start this recipe by making the sauce. Place all the ingredient into a processor and blitz together for 10 seconds till smooth. Put aside. Next, heat the oil in a pan and add in the tiger prawns. Season well with salt and pepper and cook quickly for just 2 minutes till cooked through. To serve, mix together the cooked spaghetti with the prepared avocado sauce. Dice the remaining avocado and drizzle of the juice of ½ lime. Mix into the spaghetti with the cooked prawns. Serve the pasta into 2 deep pasta bowls with extra fresh herbs on top to garnish.
