Start by heating a pan of salted water and cook the brown pasta till a`ldente. You can also grill the Pama ham till crispy in the oven. Meanwhile, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes till soft. Add in the asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for just 2 minutes. Finally, stir in the crème fraiche, lemon zest and heat through. Add in the cooked pasta and walnuts, stir well and spoon into 2 pasta plates. Place a slice of crispy Parma ham on top and serve.
