Start this recipe by frying the onion, garlic and herbs together for 5 minutes with a tablespoon of olive oil. Remove off the heat. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the pork mince and the Maltese sausage filling.  Stir in cooked onion and garlic, cranberries, grated apple, chopped chestnuts and season with salt and pepper. Lay open the turkey breast and lay over the stuffing mixture. Roll up tightly and wrap over the bacon slices. Wrap up in foil and place onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 30 minutes then remove the foil and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting up and serving with roasted potatoes and vegetables.
