Cut the sponge/cake in a circle shape with round cutter, soak a little bit the sponge in the black current sauce. Prepare all the fruit to be sliced in small pieces. Sprinkle some sugar on the fruit so it will take a bit of sweetness. By using a stainless steel ring, just start placing the soaked sponge at the bottom and build 3 layers of sponge and fruit. As the layers are building up, include as well some chocolate custard so when the ring will be removed, the stack will not collapse. Garnish with icing sugar and small berries.
