On a well preheated griddle pan seal the steak from both sides and place on a chopping board. Cut the brie in cubes, melt the butter and mix well with the red curry paste. Slice the steak and place on the bacon, brush with the red curry paste/butter mix and place the brie in the middle. Roll the bacon with the ingredients in and insert the fancy toothpick to keep nicely tightened. Whisk the eggs, flour and milk together season and dip in the egg mixture than into the bread crumbs and deep fry.
