Start this recipe by crushing the biscuits. Mix in the melted butter and a good pinch of salt. Press into the base of n 8 inch tin or use smaller individual tins. Place the cream into a saucepan with the chopped chocolate and melt down stirring constantly. Take off the heat and quickly whisk in the cocoa, sugar and eggs till smooth. PourĀ  into the prepared bases, filling almost to the top. Bake in the oven at 180`c for 25-30 minutes if you are preparing 1 large tart, or 15-18 minutes if making individuals. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down completely before serving with fresh berries.
