Start this recipe by heating the tbsp oil in a hot wok or pan and fry together the beef strips and 1 tsp minced garlic for 1 minute. Remove from the pan, add in the tiger prawns and also fry for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and add to the beef strips. Add the remaining 1 tsp garlic to the pan, along with the carrot and pepper strips and fry for 2 minutes. Add in the mange tout and cook for 1 minute. Add in the spinach leaves and the low carb cooked noodles. Mix the sauce ingredients together and add to the pan along with the beef and noodles. Mix everything together and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
