Start this recipe by stewing together the apples, brown sugar orange juice and zest and the cinnamon for 3-5 minutes in a saucepan. Remove off the heat and carefully mix in the berries. Next, spoon the cold custard into 6 individual ramekins and cover with spoonfuls of the stewed apple mixture. Next, make the crumble topping by simply using your finger tips to rub all the ingredients together to form a crumble. Spoon the crumble over the fruit in the ramekins and bake in the oven at 200`c for 20-25 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown.
