Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and sauté together the onions, tomatoes and herbs . Cook for a few minutes before adding in the zucchini, carrots and prawns. Cook for a further 3 minutes before adding the wine and the stock. Bring down the heat to a simmer and cook for a few more minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water for a 8 minutes. Serve the pasta with the sauce immediately.
