Start this recipe by cutting the sweet potato, skin on, into slices thin into thin strips. Place onto a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes till cooked through and crispy. Meanwhile, prepare the burger by mixing together the beef, garlic, onion, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and season well with salt and pepper. Heat up a griddle pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and cook the burger on both sides for 5 minutes or until cooked through. In the same pan while the burger is cooking, you can also cook the bacon, mushrooms and onion slices. When the burger is cooked, place over the slice of cheese and allow to melt. When all is ready, put the dish together toasting the burger bun slightly. Place the burger bottom on a large slate serving plate and spread over a little mayonnaise. Lay over the beef burger, followed by the mushrooms, onion slices and bacon. Top with a few salad leaves and another dollop of mayonnaise. To serve, use a sharp knife to cut out a `D` shape from the top of the burger bun and place on top. Next, place the sweet potato fries on top of each other to form the shape of the letter `A` and finally use a piping bag filled with ketchup to pipe a large letter `D`
