Duck legs with citrus marinade
Ingredients
For the marinade
- 2 tbsp finely grated orange zest
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- ½ tsp finely grated lime zest
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1/3 cup of rock Salt
- 2 tbsp brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp freshly ground white pepper
- You will also need 4 duck legs
