Method

Preheat the oven to 180C. Line the moulds with butter and flour and put in the fridge to set the butter. Whisk the eggs, yolks and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water. Mix the flour into the eggs and fold in the chocolate. Fill the moulds with the fondant mix and bake for 10-15 minutes until set. Allow to rest a few minutes, remove from the moulds and serve.
