Chocolate and pecan tart


  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml syrup
  • 80g sugar
  • 125g chocolate
  • 30g butter
  • 120g pecan nuts
  • You will also need a tart case lined with sweet pastry


Melt the butter in a pot and add the butter, pour in the syrup and sugar, add the eggs and keep whisking on slow heat. Add the crushed pecan and remove from heat. Pour in the tart case lined with sweet pasty and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at 150`c.
