Start this recipe by blitzing together the chocolate, cocoa and sugar in a food processor. Add in the egg and butter and blitz till smooth. Roll out the pastry into a thick 12 inch circle and cut out neatly. Place onto a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper. Spread the chocolate filling onto the pastry, leaving a 2cm space around the edges. Decoratively arrange the sliced pears onto the tart and brush with the melted butter.  Dust the pears (and not the pastry) with the icing sugar and bake in the oven at 200`c for 40-45 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the pears are beginning to caramelize
