Combine the chicken ingredients together and roll into meat balls. Grill before serving. Prepare the couscous according to packet instructions. Whizz together the dressing ingredients until smooth. Take a couple of lettuce leaves and pile them on, hollow side up on a serving plate. Spoon the couscous in the centre of the leaves and garnish with the bacon bits, cherry tomato slices & boiled egg wedges. Top up with the chicken balls and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle with parmesan flakes and croutons.
