Method

Place the chicken pieces in a bowl with the Greek yogurt and chopped garlic and olive oil and mix well. If you have the time, place in the fridge and marinate for 2 hours. Mix together the breadcrumbs and dried mixed herbs and season well with salt and pepper. Add the marinated chicken pieces and toss around in the breadcrumbs to coat all over. Arrange the chicken pieces on a large baking tray and cook in the oven at 200`c for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately
