Cut the peppers and onions in thin strips and in little oil fry together with the chopped garlic. Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil, add the burglar wheat and remove from heat, keep covered until all water is absorved. Flat the chicken breast in a steak and grill on a griddle pan until complettly cooked. Put the breast on a chopping board and cut in thin slices. Mix the burglar wheat rocket chicken and rocket together season and serve.

Pale yellow colour with greenish hues. Aromatic and fresh with white flowers and citrus fruit. Ample and warm, with an attractive fresh final note.
