To make the bread dough, mix all the ingredients together either in a bowl of food processor and mix in enough water to form a soft dough. Knead well before allow to rise for 30 minutes in a covered bowl until double in size. Remove from the bowl, knock out the air and form into small round pizza shapes. Brush the tops with the melted garlic butter to add in extra flavour, then cover with the toppings of your choice. Allow to rise again then bake in the oven at 200`c for 20-25 minutes. Serve with fresh basil leaves on top.
