Beat the butters and sugar until light and creamy. Add the eggs and the vanilla, beat until well incorporated. Sift the flour and baking powder, gently beat in the flour, taking care not to over knead. Fold in the cranberries and the chocolate chips. Chill for 15 minutes, take spoonfuls of the dough and roll onto a baking tray. Bake at 180c for approximately 10 minutes.
