Cut the puff pastry out into hearts, 2 for each case. Cut out the middle of 1 piece and fix it to the other with a little water. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 20 minutes. Allow to cool down completely. Meanwhile, make the sauce by heating together for 5 minutes the berries, water and sugar untill the fruit has broken down. To make the filling, mix together the mascarpone, lemon zest and cold custard and use to fill the pastry heart cases. Fill with the fruit and berries and pour over the prepared sauce just before serving.
