In a small pan seal well the seasoned chicken fillets in butter than wrap them in bacon to continue shallow frying in the same pan. Remove the chicken wrapped in bacon from the pan and place on the oven tray to finish under the grill until crispy. Meanwhile in the pan pour in the fresh cream and diced Mexican cheese stirring continuously until the cheese melts. Mix in well the cooked pasta and place in a baking tray, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden brown. Serve with wrapped chicken on top.
