Baked asparagus and kale bundles with Parma ham


  • 2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 5 leaves curly kale, center stalks removed
  • 5 sliced Parma ham
  • 10 sprigs rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • good drizzle olive oil


To make the bundles, take 3 stems of trimmed asparagus, a pice of curly kale and a sprig of rosemary and hold together. Wrap around 1 piece of Parma ham and place onto a baking tray. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil, season well with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 200°c for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
