Argentinian beef fillet with grilled asparagus


  • 2 x 250g beef Fillet
  • 200g asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g butter
  • 50g whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Rock salt
  • Fresh pepper
  • Lemon zest


Heat olive oil. Season the fillet with rock salt. Pan sear fillet on all sides. Baste with garlic and butter. Brush whole grain mustard on the fillet. Cook for 5 minutes in a pre heated oven at 200`c. Let the beef rest for 10 minutes. Blanch Asparagus in salted boiling water for 1 minute and then finish in a pan. Serve Beef fillet on top of the asparagus and garnish with lemon zest
