Method

Start this recipe by seasoning the salmon with salt and pepper. Next, heat ½ tbsp of olive oil in a griddle pan and quickly pan-fry the salmon on both sides to your liking and put aside. In another pan, heat the remaining ½ tbsp of olive oil and quickly fry together the garlic, asparagus and peas for just 2 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper and remove off the heat. Place the cooked farfalle pasta in a large bowl and add the cooked asparagus and peas. Flake the cooked salmon and add to the pasta. Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and add to the pasta. Carefully mix all the ingredients together and serve in deep salad bowls.
