Whizz together the fresh chilli, coriander, paprika, cumin, garlic, zest and lime juice into a paste. Season the lamb mince with salt and pepper, mix in the cashews and the obtained paste. Mould into meat balls and grill. Dilute the harissa paste with the tomato pulp. Divide the hummus between the wraps, sprinkle with chopped tomato, onion, and salad leaves. Place the meat balls on top and drizzle with the spicy sauce and cheese, wrap tightly, grill before serving. For the raita, mix together the cucumber, yogurt, lime juice and mint leaves
