Start this recipe by laying out the 2 flattened chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Spread over the hummus, then cover with the crumbled feta. Roll up, then wrap around 2 slices Parma ham on each chick breast. Place onto a baking tray and bake at 200`c for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the salad ingredients together and put aside. When the chicken is cooked, allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving sliced on top of the wheat salad.
