Method

Start this recipe by mixing together the tuna, mayonnaise, pepper, ¾ of the sliced onion, squeeze of lemon juice and season well with salt, pepper and the balsamic. Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone. Squeeze over the remaining lemon juice. Spoon over the tuna mixture and garnish with the reserved sliced onion. Served 2 avocado halves per person.
