Grease a large baking dish with butter and coat with the breadcrumbs. Place the minced pork and beef in a bowl together with the corned beef. Mix and then pour in the chicken stock. Give the mixture a good stir and then add all the other ingredients. Mix well and then pour the mixture into the baking dish and level the top. Bake in a moderate to slightly hot oven, 170 degrees, for 70 minutes. Bring out of the oven and stand for 6 minutes before serving. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
