Start this recipe by mixing together the sweet chilli marinate , honey and chilli in a bowl. Add in the chicken thighs, coat well in the mixture and marinate for 2 hours if possible. When ready, heat up the olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken thighs on both sides for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare the side by heating the oil in a pan. Add in the minced garlic and ginger and fry for a minutes before adding in the string beans. Turn down the heat and cook for a few minutes till tender but still have a bite. Add the cooked rice to the pan, along with 2 tbsp light soy sauce and stir through. To serve, spoon the string beans and rice onto plates with the chilli chicken thighs on top. Serve extra soy sauce in small bowls on the side. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and serve.
