Method

Blend well the sundries tomatoes with the olive oil, Brush the salmon with and grill in the oven. Toss the prawns on high heath in garlic oil, blanch the French beans and toss together with the seeds, sliced shallot, olives, quartered tomatoes and crushed feta. Once the salmon is cooked through brush again with the sundries tomato paste and serve on the salad.
