Stuffed turkey breast


  • 1 turkey breast, sliced into 1cm thick slices
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 200g Parma ham
  • 200g mixed vegetables
  • 400g minced beef and pork
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g onion
  • 50g garlic
  • 100g carrots
  • 100g parsley
  • 50g celery
  • 80g rosemary
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Herbed salt and fresh pepper



In a food processor, place the onion, garlic, carrot, celery, rosemary, parsley and blend together. Transfer the mixture into a large bowl and mix in the minced meat, eggs, cheese and season well with herbed salt and pepper. Place a piece of cling film on your work surface and lay on a slice of turkey breast and cover with a slice of Parma ham. Cover with a layer of spinach leaves, then add a layer of the minced meat mixture. Next, roll up the turkey tightly and seal the ends of the cling film. Cook the stuffed turkey by boiling for 45 minutes, or place in the oven in a pan of water. Cover with foil and cook for 45minutes.
