Method

Dig out the flesh of each marrow, but retain the flesh. Prepare a rustic sauce with the tomato juice, the marrow flesh and some of the garlic. Mix all remaining ingredients and stuff the marrows with the mixture. Place the sauce in an oven proof dish, and place the stuffed marrows on it, cover with foil and bake in medium heat for 1 hour.
