In a sauce pan, bring the water to the boil and then stir in the jelly powder. Remove off the heat and allow to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place the mixed berries to small glasses and pour in the jelly. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely set. Before serving, decorate the top of the jellies with whipped cream and extra berries.
