Start this recipe by making up the jelly. Pour into 6 decorative glasses and allow to set in the fridge for a few hours. When ready, cover the set jelly in each glass with a piece of Sponge and soak with the liqueur. Lay over some fresh strawberries. Next, whip the cream with the icing sugar till stiff and reserve ΒΌ to decorate the jellies at the end. Carefully fold the remaining cream with the cold custard and divide into the jellies, covering the strawberries. Decoratively pipe over the reserved whipped cream and decorate the top of the jellies with fresh strawberries an mint leaves. Allow to set in the fridge before serving.
