Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in the wet ingredients and whisk to a smooth batter. Heat a griddle to medium heat and cook the pancakes until they are golden brown on each side. Cut hearts out of bananas and strawberries and use a heart cookie cutter as the shape for whipped cream and/or strawberry jam when plating your pancakes. Serve the pancakes with strawberries, banana toppings and melted chocolate.
