Finely Slice the 3 onions, crush well the chickpeas and mix well together with the ginger, cumin, flour, eggs and coriander, season well and form small patties. Fry in shallow or deep hot oil. Slice the red onion, pepper, chilly and toss on high heat in sesame oil, slice the mange tout, broccoli and add to the stir fry, pour in the soy sauce and bring to the boil. Meanwhile add the cooked noodles and toss, add the chopped spring onions, bean sprouts, teriyaki. Serve with the vegan cheese and fritters on top.
