Method

Start by marinating the ribs. Brush the ribs with ketchup, soy and honey. Preferably marinate overnight for full flavor. Preheat a pan and seal the rack of marinated ribs from both sides for 2 minutes. Place the ribs in an oven dish with the onions, garlic, star anise and the vegetable stock. Cook for 40 minutes in oven at low heat.
