Slice the beef and toss with the cumin. Meanwhile heat the sesame oil and sauté the garlic, chilli, spring onion until lightly browned. Remove the vegetables and add the beef, brown than add the mange tout, and toss. Add again the cooked vegetables and pour in the oyster sauce, coriander, spinach and nuts. Cook the rice in boiling water with the turmeric to infuse the colour. Serve together.
