Method

Clean the tuna from any bones and skin. Stud evenly the peppercorns with the back of a tablespoon, followed by the sesame seeds. Heat a grill or a heavy skillet; prepare a mixture of olive oil and lemon. Wet the tuna with the oil mix, and grill evenly from both sides, preferably not more than medium. (tuna will dry and toughen if is well cooked)
