Grease a rectangular dish with butter. Roll out the pastry and line the dish with the pastry. Cut the broccoli into florets and drop them into a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for exactly 4 minutes, drain and leave to cool. Arrange the broccoli in the dish and then place the hardboiled eggs cut side down. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, scatter over the ham and sprinkle over the thyme. Drizzle over the oil and then scatter over the grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
