Method

In a large bowl mix together the mayonnaise and red pesto. Stir in the cooked pasta and coat well. Spoon the pasta into 2 large pasta plates. Arrange the mozzarella balls and cherry tomato halves on top followed by 3 slices of Parma ham onto each plate. Finally toss over the pine nuts, croutons and fresh basil leaves.
