Roll the sweet pastry and line a greased oven proof pie dish. Peel the pears and apples, core and slice, put in a mixing bowl, add the lemon and orange zest and juice, sugar, spices and corn flour. Pour in the pie crust. In a separate bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over to coat the fruit mixture. Bake in a moderate oven temperature 175 ⁰c for approximately 35 minutes.
