Cut off the tips of the garlic, without removing the skin. Place in the centre of a piece of aluminium foil together with a spoon of butter, salt and lemon juice. Close tightly and bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven. Cut slits, vertically and horizontally in the bread taking care not to cut through and place onto a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.  Melt the remaining butter with the roasted garlic and pour over the bread, making sure that it goes in between the bread slices. Trim the skin off the cheese, cut into cubes and press in between the slits. Cover with foil and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes, uncover and bake for further 10 minutes. Place under the grill until cheese is bubbly and browned. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
