Method

This is a very simple recipe to prepare. Lay the rolled pastry out onto your work top and spread over the pesto. Evenly sprinkle over the pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan. Tightly roll up the pastry and cut into 1cm thick slices. Place the wheels on baking tray covered with non-stick paper, making sure that you tuck the end under. Flatten slightly with the palm of your hand and bake in the oven at 200`c for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the pastry wheels from the oven and serve whilst still warm.
