Pork fillet with sage


  • 4 pieces pork fillet
  • 50g sage (fresh)
  • 50g parsley (fresh)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh seasoning



In a bowl, add the sage, parsley, garlic, oil, salt and pepper mix together well. Add the pork fillet and cover with the marinade. Allow the flavours to infuse for 3-4 hours. When you are ready to cook the pork, wrap each piece up tightly with cling film and cook in boiling water for 30 minutes. When ready, remove the cling film and serve the pork fillet with mixed vegetables and potatoes.
