Season the pork chops well and fry in a pan to seal on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the pan and put aside. In the same pan , sauté together the onion, garlic, oregano, parsley for a few minutes before adding in the tomatoes and sugar and continue to cook for a more minutes. Add the pork chops back into the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Add the fava beans and continue to cook until the beans are heated through only.
