Prepare the dough by simply mixing the yogurt and Self Raising flour into smooth dough. Roll the dough onto a lightly floured baking tray, Spread with the tomato sauce and the remaining toppings. Bake at 175 °c for 25 minutes. Mix the dressing ingredients. Spoon the dressing on top of the pizza before serving. Drizzle with olive oil and rocket leaves.
